    Great hat! I find knitting makes me re-focus, it is a way to relax but you are still doing something (because I can’t sit still!)

    The hard training and the big race being over probably have had a great influence in the way you are feeling. You found an outlet and sometimes all you need is to get back to the basics, such as crocheting your hat. Keep up the great work Sonja!
