I’ll keep kicking you out of bed at 5am. Although, it’s getting easier. You must be getting used to it.

This is a great place TO READ if your a novice like me. I am going into Triathlons for my first time ever and its great to see what goes on in other people training and to a certain extent in their mind too. I hope you get your best time of the year at the HAGG LAKE ;-) let me know if you have any must know tips for beginners.

wow that is awesome, I have been swimming and lifting since i was laid off 4 months ago and just did 1000 meters in 40 minutes, not bad for me considering I did a very hard back and shoulder routine before hand. My goal is also a triathlon but I am a terrible runner ! lol about me, I am a single dad, work, or worked construction and am looking for work ! lol

Great swimming. Although i have no idea about swimming it seems to me that continuous 1000 meter swimming is very hard and only possible for professionals. How much it does take time to complete 1k swimming?
