Hello! I’ve enjoyed following your blog, it has given me some great food ideas! I made my own variation of sweet potatoes, and it came out tasting delcious! I also roasted broccoli, cauliflower and eggplant! I’ve been wanting to try the Osmo products. What flavors do you like of their recovery drink and sports drink? Thanks! :)

So Osmo has a womens line and a mens line. I use the womens line. It only has one flavor for what you drink during exercise (MANGO) and one flavor for recovery (HONEY&SPICE). No choices! Less decision fatigue….hahahah!!! Thanks so much for following along, if you put in an order online with OSMO, use discount code AMBSonjaWieck for 15% off. Enjoy!

Vlog ideas?? I’d LOVE to hear how you got started in tri. Were you a high school athlete and just went pro? Were you someone like me who’s run a few races and liked it? How did you get better? How do you balance work/family/training? What about people that are starting out with jobs to train/work/family life? How do you stay motivated? I’m on week 5 of my training and its getting tough, so I’m pushing through. Its cold and hard to go to the INSANELY busy gym after a full day of work with cranky/hungry kids to go and workout for 1.5 hours 😉

    Keep it up!

Thank you Jenna for the ideas. I’m definitely going to incorporate some of these into my video blogs going forward from here. Great questions! And by the way, to answer your big question, you just have to set yourself up for success and commit. It’s not always easy, but it’s almost always worth it.

Hey! I’m one of Michelle’s athletes, and I started my first Whole30 last Thursday 1/2. When I told Michelle I’d finally taken the plunge, she immediately sent me to your blog! Just wanted to say that I love it! And omg that sweet potato hash with scrambled eggs and avo is sooooo addicting!

How does the Honey & Spice OSMO compare with the vanilla one from the men’s line? That vanilla with almond milk is so freaking good. It’s like a milkshake! I’ve tried the Mango active hydration, and really like it, but still working through my packages of Vanilla recovery.

    • goSonja says:

Hi Melissa!!! Welcome! So the honey and spice is pretty similar to the vanilla. They kinda taste “about” the same. The big difference is that Stacey formulated it for women so it works better for us. Once you get done with vanilla I would suggest switching to the womens line for sure. Have fun on whole30!!

Hi Sonja, while I’m probably the worst person to give ideas, I wanted to say that I love your vlogs! Also, that you sound exactly how I imagined you, which doesn’t happen very often for me. I also love your hats, I’m thinking to send you one to feature in one of your episodes. 😉

    • goSonja says:

Irina….you have no idea how happy that would make me! I think it would get several episode appearances!!!! :) Thank you for the kind comments, they really mean a lot to me.

Currently it appears like WordPress is the preferred blogging
platform available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
