  1. Smart philosophy! I can’t push through many runs I’m not feeling, either. And I think skipping some keeps me stoked for the next one.

    I made the Tod Mun chicken cakes last night (my lunch for the week). Seriously tasty. But seriously messy. I’m thinking this would be good as a meatloaf. Less stovetop spatter and I can use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked all the way.

    Blog post suggestion: your favorite cookbooks. For example: ones for people just getting started, ones for experienced cooks, ones you use a whole bunch.

      Mine were not messy. We used the cast iron to cook them in, but I do agree that it would make a great meatloaf. I didn’t have any splatter…??? I video blogged for you today. It was fun!
