Awesome run! Was the “I Rock” girl in a red one piece? I feel like I’ve seen a bunch of pictures of her online before. I wonder if one of my other blogger buddies knows her or something.

I was nervous reading each line scrolling down the laptop. Hairs standing on end, scared you had a bad swim, bike or run.

Wow, I totally teared up reading your story. You are such an amazing inspiration (in fact I already put her grin at everyone bit into action yesterday and it worked). I wish there were pics of you with the Rice Krispie treats in your bra. Laughed at the pringles part – thinking like a mom, “don’t you know that’s a choking hazard: to eat and run like that?” Overall I love your mental focus, and I’m so lucky to know you.

You rock! anyone that has ever had even the notion of doing a triathlon or even an IM couldn’t help but be inspired by you; heck, scratch that, pretty much anyone that breathes.
