YAHOO!!!!! Sweet horseshoe. You should put it above the door of your house for good luck (but make sure its not upside down!)

  9. Congrats, Sonja!!! What a joyful, positive, and humble race report for a gal who took the cake :) It’s athletes like you who inspire me everyday. Your daughter is too cute for words and I love that they had a slip and slide! FUN! Congrats again and good luck with training the next 4 weeks! You got this!

Congratulations! I was worried that something had happened and you didn’t make it because I didn’t see you while body marking and I didn’t see you come back on the swim (but I was working the race numbers and not really seeing faces) and I kept seeing Michelle (who I only know from your blog) but I was so excited to finally see you as you headed out on the run, as evidenced by the picture above. I was even more excited to see afterwards that you’d won!!!! You are truly an inspiration. Congrats again!

  11. Woohoo!!! Congrats on your win! You are amazing! I saw you on the run and knew you were first..I was so happy for you!
I loved reading your race report! Your thoughts really spoke to me because I had a pretty rough day out on that course. Thanks for your comment on my race report too!!

I am so thankful for your post! I was beating myself up because I was 16 min off from my time last year and I just thought it was because I am training for IM AZ and maybe I have less power. Still happy about my place since I moved up but knowing your times were different reminds me that yes every race and conditions are different. It was great to finally meet you and cheer you on through the race! Great Great job and thank you for this post!

May I simply say what a relief to find someone who genuinely understands what
they are discussing on the web. You actually understand how
to bring an issue to light and make it important.

More and more people should look at this and understand this side of the story.
It’s surprising you’re not more popular since you definitely possess
    the gift.

This design is spectacular! You most certainly know how to keep a reader entertained.
Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Wonderful
job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you
    presented it. Too cool!
