I’ve been coaching single sport and multi-sport endurance athletes since 2010. I believe in a health first approach that focuses on wellness inside the mind, body, and soul as we slay demons and chase goals.
I am most interested in athletes who love the art of movement, who enjoy their sport and all that it offers them in terms of personal growth. If you want to approach accomplishment and goals from a balanced, joy-based perspective, I can help you with that (and we get darn fit along the way).
Monthly single sport - $149/m0nth

How do I coach? We talk, we dream, we get to know each other and we set some goals. Maybe it’s a race, maybe an adventure, maybe you know that having me in your life, writing your workouts, keeps you on the right path to health and wellness.
I’ve worked with athletes training for their first half marathon, and athletes aiming to qualify for Kona. I have worked with ultrarunners, marathoners, and every distance of triathlete. I have trained athletes for crazy adventures they dream up, and most all endurance sports on the planet. I enjoy athletes who think their dreams are a little crazy.
I write the plan, and I take a health first approach. We go long, before strong, before speed. We find the amount of training that can fit into your life and we maximize that amount. We alter the plan as things need to change, and they always do. Sometimes weekly, sometimes daily, life happens… ya’ know?
I review all your sessions, most every day, I’m there for the long haul. We text. We talk on the phone. We zoom. Sometimes we get together and train. It’s a relationship.
My goal is to keep you in the sport for a long time, to keep you healthy, and happy. I want you to learn the lessons that your sport has to teach you about life, and the best way we can do that together is for us to dream big, and stay smart along the way.
