The Quest/goal/direction: For every day in may:

Take 3 healthy actions each and every day;

  • one physical

  • one mental/emotional

  • one spiritual.

Go as big or as little as needed, the aim is to focus on a balanced routine for health where the three legs of my health stool are equal length, so it doesn’t tip over! Adventure, Learning, Pleasure. Mind, Body, Soul.

No expectations, just dive in and see where it goes.
